Robert F. Bernstock is a graduate of Hamilton College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Over the next thirty five years Robert F. Bernstock held a number of senior leadership positions with publicly traded and privately held companies. Robert F. Bernstock has also held one senior position in the public sector.
During his tenure with the Campbell Soup Company, Robert F. Bernstock was President of the International Grocery Division and President of the U.S. Grocery Division. He was also an Executive Vice President of Campbell’s. Robert F. Bernstock was appointed by the Campbell Soup Company Board of Directors as the President and CEO of Vlasic Foods International, a public company spin-off. Robert F. Bernstock joined the public sector as President of the U.S. Postal Service Mailing and Shipping Services Division, its largest division with Sales Revenue of about $70 billion at that time.
